Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your date and go toward preparation, design printing, material ordering, and block scheduling.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are not charged beyond the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event require full payment.

• No refunds are issued for no-shows.

Rescheduling

We allow one date change (based on availability) if requested at least 7 days before the event.
Deposits transfer to the new date.

Refunds

Because items are custom-made:

• No refunds are issued on shirts, sweatshirts, or products once they are pressed.

• If an item is misprinted or defective due to our error, we will reprint it at no cost.

Event Interruptions

If your event is shortened or interrupted due to weather, venue issues, or guest delays, no refunds are issued.
