Pink Balloon Creative Studio ships all tees, sweatshirts, and merchandise directly to our customers. Please review our shipping process below.

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipping.
Processing time may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout or on your invoice.

USPS shipping times vary based on location and service level.
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, location, and USPS rates.
Total shipping will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.

Once an item is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS.
If a package shows as “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.

Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
